The funding we received from the AI Nurses Network was invaluable in supporting us to test our AI tool with nurses at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust Foundation Trust. It also expanded my collaborations at Oxford Brookes University so now I'm doing more research on AI in nursing.

I have used lots of the resources on the networks website like the free online training on Python and machine learning and I follow the LinkedIn group and YouTube channel to keep up to date with what's happening with AI in healthcare in the UK and internationally. These help me keep my research and clinical practice up to date and improve patient care using novel AI tools at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.

Taking part in the AI Nurses Network hackathon was so much fun, we spent the day working in a team of nurse and AI researchers brainstorming solutions to waiting times in emergency care. It gave me lots of ideas and networks to take back and use in clinical role at King's College Hospital.
