We recently completed an umbrella review which includes 15 published scientific reviews on AI scribing tools in healthcare, also known as ambient voice technologies (AVTs). This umbrealla review provides a comprehensive summarise of the evidence base on these emerging AI tools such as what products are currently in use, how to introduce and evaluate them in clinical settings. The pre-print manuscript will be available online very soon.

Based on the results of our umbrealla review, we are building a practical online toolkit to help nurses understand the key aspects of using and evaluating AI scribes in professional practice. As soon as our AI scribing toolkit is ready we will post it here and share it on our social media!!
