AI Nurses Network at the 24th Shaukat Khanum Cancer Symposium in Pakistan

Dr Siobhán O'Connor who leads the AI Nurses Network was invited as a keynote speaker at the 24th Shaukat Khanum Cancer Symposium in Lahore, Pakistan in October 2025. Here she spoke to hundreds of delegates from the Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre who work in cancer nursing about the network to share the AI resources and opportunities the network has with them.

She also took part in a lively panel discussion with the audiences talking about the pros and cons of using AI tools in cancer care and how to utilise large language models in nursing education and research.
